Three Wishes - Part 1
Our Luna found a lamp today,
rubbed it this way.
A Genie came ~
it's time for games.

Our girl has three wishes to choose,
she did not lose.
The old Pharoah's
what she first chose.

Off to the rocks wombs she'll go.
Oh, what a show ~
for on this ride,
is Tut, her guide!

Three Wishes - Part 2
Our Luna has two more wishes,
what of riches?
Her fantasy
is to fly free.

She lifts her arms and up she flies
into the slies.
Moonchild can go
far from below.

This freedom she has never felt ~
no earthly belt
can keep her down
upon the ground.

Three Wishes - Conclusion
Of all three wishes, last is best ~
here comes a guest.
Her inner child
can now go wild!

They'll ride on Mr. Unicorn,
no more forlorn.
It's time to play
the day away!

Moonchild will show her all the scenes
she's never seen ~
now she'll possess
Luna's nightdress.

What's Missing?
What's missing now from Luna's realm
is at the helm.
She needs a beau
with whom to go

on trips extraordinary ~
he'll be very
inspired to try
flight to the sky.

This man will have eyes of deep blue ~
a lover true.
Her interest kissed ~
does he exist?

The Fortuneteller
A fortuneteller told our maid
a masquerade
would be the ground
where love is found.

An invitation to a ball
at the town hall
will be the place
she'll see his face.

Now all Luna must do is wait ~
she's learned her fate,
so start to sew
costume of snow.

Two Weeks!
The note came just as was foretold ~
a ball they'd hold
in the town square
will he be there?

A promise was given Luna ~
'twas no sooner
than she'd arrive
he'd catch her eye.

The party is in two weeks' time ~
must wear a prime
costume with zest ~
outshine the rest.

Countdown
One week now till the special ball ~
Luna has crawled
on hands and knees
sewing silk sleeves.

Her gown is made of silver thread ~
Crown for her head.
The mask she wears
will draw some stares.

No one will guess who Luna is ~
If there's a man
meant for her there ~
he'd best prepare.
