Shadow Poetry

How long have you been writing poetry?: I have been writing poetry for six year.

What/Who inspires you to write?: I suffer from seizures that take me to another land. My brain rewired itself after my stroke from being a number oriented banker to a wordsmith describing my trips. The doctors can better understand what I see and feel with my seizures. My poems have been shared with the Medical Community to help other doctors understand what a seizure is like. Often I record the poem during the seizure so I do not lose the details.

Favorite Quote or Motto: "No one truly knows real pain unless they have suffered it for themself."
