How long have you been writing poetry?: Since I was about 7 or 8.
What/Who inspires you to write?: The internal and external aspects of my life. The emotional roller coaster ride through the years/the pit stops/curves/the struggle to understand the journey and all its wins and losses. Flipping through back pages/writing the future in my head/spinning webs with a couple of tiny super heros in the present. Sticky hands/sticky puppy fur/little boys/big boys and all the joy and trouble that swirl in their ether.
Favorite Quote or Motto: "French Fries have hot breath"
Writing Awards, Publications, and other Achievements: "Passages" published by Shadows Ink Publications in August 2004.

Additional Poet Information:
As we lose the pieces of our past,
Person by person,
As we cut the cords,
One by one,
Of our invulnerability,
We are left to wobble
Uncertainly
In the vast realization of our own mortality.
