Below you will find answers to the leading reasons you may be experiencing difficulty signing into the Shadow Poetry's Community of Poets Membership page.

1) If you do not have a Shadow Poetry Community of Poets membership, you will be unable to login to these special member pages. If you would like to obtain membership with Shadow Poetry to display your personal poetry, please click on Sign Up for membership details and fees.

2) You may have entered the wrong password with your username, or vise versa. Please try logging in again with the correct combination. If you still experience trouble, click on Forgot Your Password? and your login information will be sent to you via email.

3) Usernames and Passwords are case sensitive. You must type them as you did when you registered with Shadow Poetry for membership. Shadow Poetry does not allow spaces, symbols, dashes, or underscores as a part of your username or password. If you still cannot remember your information, click on Forgot Your Password? and your login information will be sent to you via email.

4) If you are a previous member and have forgotten either or both your username and password, but your email address has changed to where you cannot use the "Forgot Your Password?" form, please fill out the Lost Membership Information Form with the information we need to assist you in obtaining your login information. This form must be completely filled out.

5) If you recently signed up for a Shadow Poetry Community of Poets membership, paid your yearly membership fee, and completed the membership process, but still are having trouble signing in, then maybe your payment was not acceptable. Shadow Poetry will revoke membership should your check or online checks for membership bounce.

6) If you previously had a membership with Shadow Poetry's Community of Poets, your yearly membership may have expired, and Shadow Poetry never received your renewal fee. These renewal fees of $10.00 per year must be mailed to Shadow Poetry or paid online via PayPal no more than 30 days before your yearly membership fee was/is to run out, and no more than 60 days after your membership expired. If your membership has expired and you wish to have your poetry displayed on Shadow Poetry once again, you will need to re-register and pay a new yearly membership fee of $25.00. Click on Sign Up for membership details, registration, and fees.

7) Shadow Poetry will revoke any memberships if there is proof of continuous misuse of its services, harassment of its members, using member information for one's own gain, and/or plagiarism. Yearly fees will not be refunded, and membership cannot be obtained by this user again.
