Favorite Quote or Motto: "Let thy food be thy medicine, and thy medicine be thy food." - Hippocrates, Father of Medicine

Additional Poet Information: I was born in Bataan, Philippines, but was raised in Manila where I first started writting poetry. I'm a deep and serious music lover; I pay too much attention and note each song's details when I listen, such as the lyrics, arrangement, instruments used, voice of the singer etc. My favorite types of music are new age (space, ambient, traditional, electronic and environmental), jazz (contemporary), classical, new wave (80's) and pop music that has beautiful and meaningful lyrics, lovely melodies and has deep meaning to me.

My favorite pastimes are mostly listening to music and reading. Other than that, I occasionally play basketball and badminton.

I have a wide variety of interest such as audio, nature, astronomy, health, aromatherapy, astrology, science, electronics, computer, poetry, quotations, travel, lights, arts, geography, foreign countries, the bible and last but not the least, music.

I'm a nature lover and has always been since I was young; I love passing by an open fields, mountains and staring at the stars. When I was a little boy, I used to go outside of our house every night then stare at them steadily, wondering where's venus, mars, jupiter, saturn, red giants and others.

One way of expressing my feelings and thoughts is through poetry. Some of them were composed when I was still in the Philippines, and the rest were composed in Canada.
