This in return gives Shadow Poetry the right to display this information within its site. None of the information gathered will be sold to a third party such as email addresses, names, etc. We do our best to hide your email addresses on our site so that spammers will not be able to pick up your addresses easily. We also restrict our search engine from picking up poets’ and artists’ email addresses as well.

Shadow Poetry is not responsible for visitors to this site that obtain your email addresses or names that are displayed within these pages. We are not responsible for spam, or any other mail that you might receive as a result of having your information displayed. In return, Shadow Poetry is not responsible for its members or visitors spamming other sites with information on or regarding to this site.

Message Board:

No information from Shadow Poetry Message Board memberships will be given out or sold to third parties. Much of the information you wish to display or not display is under your control in the message board such as web address, email address, IM screen names, web addresses, etc. You have the ability to edit information seen by the public.
